Soy Wax Candle Refill Service (180g and 260g Jars Only)

This service is for our ‘legacy’ 180g and 260g jars (these sadly were discontinued during the Pandemic so we do not sell them new, but we will happily refill any jars you have at home!)

All you need to do is:

Select the size candle jar you wish to reuse (either Medium Candle 180g or Large Candle 260g), press Add to Cart, then a pop up box will appear asking you to choose your desired fragrance.

Check out your basket as normal.

Next, simply return your used Sensory Philosophy jars to us.

Note - If you are posting your candle jar(s) to us, please keep your receipt and we will refund your shipping cost.

We will remove all residue and clean your jar(s) up - there is no need for you to do this beforehand - then refill them with our natural soy wax, a fresh cotton wick, and the fragrance of your choice.

We will then have these shipped back to you once ready (within 3-5 days), or have them available for Local Collection.

Please ensure that your returned jars are carefully packaged to prevent any damage/breakages.

Please note that while we will do our best to clean your used jars i.e. remove any soot marks and old wax, it may not be possible to remove all blemishes/scratches from used jars.

During the clean up process, we will remove the previous safety label, update the Batch No. and add a new safety label to the underside of the jar.

All jars will be returned gift wrapped as standard in our Kraft packaging.

If you are posting your used jar(s) to us, we will refund the cost of shipping to a max of £9 upon proof of receipt. We recommend carriers Royal Mail and Hermes (others are available) using a second class service for a reasonable price.
