We recommend dissolving 3 - 4 tablespoons with each bath. Relax for 20 minutes.
Bonne Nuit contains Bergamot, Cedarwood, Chamomile, Lavender, Sandalwood, Vetiver and Ylang Ylang Essential Oils.
